Specialist planner for heating, ventilation, sanitation – with BIM expertise (m/f/d)

We are looking for a specialist planner (m/w/d) heating, ventilation, plumbing with BIM competence in full time (40 hours/week), experience in the planning of building-technical facilities for housing, industrial and industrial construction and strong interest in digitalization in the construction industry.

You expect a wide range of activities: You design, plan and install building engineering systems in the areas of heating, ventilation and sanitary – using state-of-the-art BIM methods and appropriate software. You take projects independently in all phases of the HOAI – from preliminary design to execution – and use the BIM methodology. You keep the project overview and are competent contact for architects, builders and specialist companies – both internally and externally. Start planning, calculations and performance directories, focusing on digital trends and innovative solutions.

You have a relevant training, e.g. a completed study in the field of TGA, are a state-tested technician in HLS or investment mechanic in SHK with extensive experience in the HLS field. You bring experience with BIM, 3D planning and digital construction in the HLS area. You are safe in handling BIM-ready planning software. You have the pleasure of developing new ways and actively shaping the digital design. You think beyond the edge of the plate and introduce your own ideas.
