Built in 1901 as a summer residence, the estate has been used for over 50 years as a residential, recreational and recreational place and is located in the middle of a 26,000 square meter forest and outdoor area. The estate was renovated in 2006 to provide 16 children and young people with disabilities at home.

Children and adolescents who cannot grow up in their families because of their disability find a home in the housing complex Hoher Fläming where they find love and security, suggestions and free spaces to develop undisturbed. They are accompanied by experienced staff who individually promote each child and every youth according to their skills, inclinations and peculiarities. Children and adolescents live in two small housing groups in a family-like atmosphere. Rooms are friendly and cosy. Each floor has a common spacious living room with a corresponding kitchenette. In the souterrain there is a snoezelen, a massage and a physiotherapy room.

Design the future of our company with us! As a specialist manager for the children's and youth area, you take over the management of about 20 employees in our residential complex Hoher Fläming in Wiesenburg/OT Benken. The following tasks are waiting for you:

• They bear the overall responsibility for the institution for the business and personnel.

• Ensuring the administrative tasks carried out in compliance with statutory provisions for child and youth care

• the further development of concepts and working methods

• technical support and guidance of staff including coordination of tasks

• Control of occupancy, staff preference and staff settings

• staff development and leadership of employees

• the organization of educational and leisure activities to promote social, emotional and cognitive skills

• You are responsible for

• the documentation of the performance

• the quality of the service providers

• compliance with quality standards

• the budget in line with the management

• Monitoring the plan figures

• They promote a positive and respectful working atmosphere in the housing groups through a trusted cooperation with parents, support schools, service providers, authorities, clinics/medicals and therapists.

• The company's technical external representation as well as the interface management to the office in Berlin and within the company network also belong to your tasks

Your profile:

• You have

• a completed university study of social work, social education, psychology or social management or a comparable degree of study AND

• a minimum of three years of professional experience in the care of children and adolescents with disabilities and have comprehensive social knowledge (including SGB II, VIII, IX, XII)

• They bring humor and creative craftsmanship for innovative, organizational and interpersonal challenges with
