Specialist in electronic invoicing processes (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the support, monitoring and further development of digital accounting processes as well as electronic billing inputs in SAP You support supplier onboardings for electronic invoices, electronic procurement and electronic order confirmations You analyze and clarify faulty electronic invoices and order confirmations, in particular format, control and mapping errors You’re regularly reporting on open invoice cases You agree with suppliers, eProcurement service providers, accounting, IT and SAP support You are actively working on digitalization and automation projects in the area of invoice receipt, invoice output, eProcurement and electronic ordering processes

You bring a completed commercial or technical training, a completed study or a comparable qualification with You have experience in accounting, ideally in electronic account management and in digital accounting processes You have good knowledge of SAP FI/MM as well as understanding the interaction of order, receipt of goods and invoice You bring very good knowledge of data processing (Excel, BI) and master German in word and writing Analytical, structured and solution-oriented operation and secure communication with internal departments, suppliers and external service providers complete your profile
