Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

Conducting and monitoring the manufacturing processes and operating the plants and equipment according to work instructions, production order and operating instructions Conducting the associated documentation Implementation of SAP Bookings Reporting of deviations in material input and manufacturing processes Cleaning and waiting of plants and equipment according to plan Notification of defects Start Material Orders (KANBAN System) Patterning of materials Implementation and compliance with EHS, HPS and precious metal safety requirements Individual initiative in the improvement process and active notification of improvements Shift transfer in production area and transfer Support in implementing the Heraeus production system Participation in projects within production Support of the production manager in compliance with regulatory, regulatory and internal requirements, based on the working instructions. Preparation and implementation of the team dialogues for the motivation of employees and achievement of the production goals. Participation, collaboration and leadership of team dialogues Incorporating new employees Support of customers and supervisors Loading and unloading of tank trains Take over and perform lean tasks

• Complete training in the industrial/technical/chemical sector and/or multiannual professional experience in the industrial/technical/chemical sector • Multiannual experience in machine and plant operation in the chemical industry • Experience in handling chemicals • Crane license and stapler certificate (must not be available at start) • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing • Good computer skills • Basic knowledge of SAP desirable • Teamability, loadability and craftsmanship • High tolerance to strong odors • Reliable and independent operation • Ready for full-conti shift work
