Graduate degree with a focus on staff/HR or a commercial training with a well-founded continuing training in staff Multiannual, relevant professional experience in human resources – ideally at least 5 years with a clear professional focus in HR At least 2 years of leadership experience in the HR environment Safe handling of modern personnel management systems and HR tools High readiness within your responsibility Wide HR know-how and experience in operational and strategic personnel work Very good and practical knowledge of labour law and safety in personal questions A quick understanding, agile thinking and pronounced communication strength An independent, structured operation paired with high service and solution orientation Very good user knowledge in MS Office German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
