Construction Site Coordinator Major Projects High Voltage (a*)

As an ordered building manager, you conduct construction sites of complex high-voltage projects in 110 KV switchgear and perform the duties of the building manager according to HBauO in compliance with all public regulations and requirements. The complete construction design is safe and monitors it, among other things in the role as coordinator according to DGUV V1 § 6. You control the proper execution according to recognised rules of technology (DIN, VDE, VDE AR N, VOB/C, DGUV) consistently. You are responsible for functional testing and commissioning in close cooperation with the project management and the network operation. The services of third-party companies and HNE staff are coordinated and equal to you and will develop control measures in time for possible deviations – even using BIM.

You will bring a specialist study of electrical engineering. You can demonstrate at least five years of professional experience in the construction of 110‐kV high-voltage systems. You have successfully completed an education in the project management “International Project Management Association Level D”. Practical knowledge in network operation or network installation of high-voltage projects is your profile. Good knowledge of the relevant laws, standards and regulations relating to construction and electrical engineering for the construction and operation of high-voltage systems are the key to you. You are familiar with the processing of BIM projects in compliance with the GDPR. Binding communication skills, as well as a sovereign appearance towards all project participants, will help you.
