Legal Advisor / Fully Qualified Lawyer (m/f/d)

You advise the Executive Board, our departments and subsidiaries in all matters of economic law/bank law/social law. You accompany strategic projects, projects and organizational changes legally and develop practical and solution-oriented recommendations for action. You are reviewing current developments in legislation and jurisdiction, assessing their impact on the bank and implementing appropriate measures. You check, design and negotiate contracts of a wide variety of ways and support our market areas in legal issues. You coordinate cooperation with external law firms and audit firms and treat judicial and extrajudicial procedures. You carry out training, understand legal requirements and support the specialist areas in the legally secure implementation of regulatory requirements. In addition, you will set up reports and complaint reports and support in requests from the supervisory authorities.

You have a successfully completed study of law, including the second legal state exam. You have several years of professional experience in a bank, a financial service company, an economic law firm or a company. You bring well-founded knowledge in banking, corporate and contract law; Experiences in banking supervision law are welcome. You have a strong economic understanding and the ability to accompany legal issues in a practical and solution-oriented manner. You work independently, structured and responsible and keep an overview of complex topics. You convince by communication strength, negotiation skills and a sovereign appearance at all hierarchy levels. You have the pleasure of working with different disciplines and understand how to communicate complex legal issues in a comprehensible way.
