Project reference: You support the introduction of new IT applications and support rollout projects in our independent retail markets. Application support: You maintain the IT applications used in the retail trade and ensure smooth operation. Advice: You are a competent contact person for our independent merchants with questions about the LUNAR merchandise industry and other IT applications. Support: You analyze enquiries, support solutions and coordinate the processing with internal and external contacts. Optimization: You actively contribute to the further development of existing processes and IT applications and introduce suggestions for improvement. Collaboration: You work closely with internal departments, IT service providers and our markets.

Qualification: You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. IT affinity: You are inspiring for IT applications and digital processes and bring a good technical understanding. System knowledge: You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications and ideally have experience in handling goods management systems as well as SAP. Project understanding: Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the cooperation or support of IT or introductory projects. Communication: You convince by a safe occurrence, a pronounced service orientation and joy in exchange with different contact persons. Operation: You work structured, independent and organize your tasks reliably. Team spirit: You appreciate the team's collaboration and are committed to it.
