As a central interface and connecting element between the operational departments, you support the branch management for smooth operations. You support monthly and quarterly accounts, analyse relevant key figures and derive recommendations for the management of the branch. Together with the branch management, you control the development of the branch by thorough evaluations, analyses and economic indicators. You create meaningful reports for the operational areas and department heads and continuously develop the reporting of the branch. You professionally prepare management and corporate presentations and support communication. You work closely with the local leadership and support strategic and operational issues. You take over central coordination and organisational tasks within the branch and support the branch management in implementing cross-departmental measures and projects. Administrative activities as well as the acquisition of further organisational tasks within the framework of branch management complete your versatile area of responsibility. The trustworthy handling of sensitive business and personnel data is for granted.

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, a comparable commercial training with experience in the forwarding environment or a completed business studies. You bring well-founded experience in the forwarding environment, ideally in the area of Air & Sea Logistics, and have very good knowledge in controlling. You quickly identify the relationships between the operative departments and derive targeted recommendations for action. Their work is characterised by analytical, process-oriented and conceptual thinking. With pronounced communication strength and convincing appearance, you work with different contact persons. Good knowledge of English as well as safe handling of popular MS Office applications complete your profile
