You take over the professional management of our SE team lines for the components low-voltage batteries, low-voltage converters, access systems and central control units You represent all components of the module compared to our product lines You agree goals for the module and guide corresponding goals for the SE teams You are responsible for the target control in the module for properties, costs, weight, quality and dates You are responsible for the target management in change, problem and quality management as well as the budget in the module You report to our project management and our product lines

You have completed a degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive sector as well as extensive practical experience in the module management You have several years of experience in the environment of our customer BMW, preferably in the area of central control units and/or E/E components You have experience in preventive and reactive quality work as well as in the serial support of E/E components You have language skills according to CEF: German - C1; English - B2 You have already shown your skills in a professional or disciplinary leadership task You are familiar with the work with tools such as gAMS, FLS, OCTANE and PQM Your communication strength serves you to communicate purposefully and to explain complex topics Your safe appearance and enforcing power will help you implement your role powerfully You attach great importance to good cooperation in the team – both with colleagues and customers You are accurate in your work performance and perform a stringent documentation
