Your tasks: Analysis, design and implementation of digitalization and automation solutions based on modern low-code and workflow platforms Development of intelligent applications, workflows and AI-based process solutions with technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, n8n or comparable tools Recording and structuring of technical requirements and translation of complex business requirements into technical solutions Integration and connection of interfaces, data sources and standard connectors (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, SQL, Outlook or REST APIs) Advising specialist areas and stakeholders with regard to efficient, scalable and user-oriented process solutions Control and support of (partial) projects in the context of process digitization and workflow automation

Your profile: Successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, a comparable subject or relevant experience in the area of digitalization, process automation or low-code development Funded knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, in particular Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio, as well as practical experience with n8n, Mendix or ServiceNow Understanding process logic, data structures, APIs, interfaces and workflow architectures Safe appearance over specialist areas, management and central IT units Very good communication, and presentation skills Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams etc desirable Very good experience in the application of modern AI-based tools Very good German and English skills (Business English) in word and writing, as well as further language skills of advantage We are also pleased if you bring: Basics in Python or JavaScript to expand and integrate individual solutions Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe Knowledge in the automotive environment or in complex enterprise structures More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen site at the next possible time and is indefinite.
