Technical assistance and testing of the planning of external TGA expert planners (in particular ventilation/climate, heat loads, plant concepts, possibly heating/sanitary) Assessment of thermal building performance with focus on heat protection and measures Technical and organizational coordination of all TGA units Project management incl. cost control according to DIN 276, tendering and award participation, appointment and risk planning as well as interface coordination Technical supervision, quality assurance and coordination with contractors, planners, specialist companies and architects Monitoring the commissioning and control of the plant performance, incl. testing of individual substructures

Complete studies in the field of supply technology, TGA, energy or building technology or comparable training, complemented by several years of experience in ventilation and air conditioning technology (planning or construction management) Knowledge gained in thermal building analysis, ventilation and refrigeration technology, relevant standards (e.g. DIN EN 1946, 276, 12831, 16798, GEG, VDI 6022) as well as tenders according to VOB/HOAI Experience in cost and time management, use of project management tools, construction support, construction process documentation and deficiencies management Structured, solution-oriented approach, communication strength and enforcement capability for secure coordination with planners, authorities and specialist companies readiness for phase-dependent on-site assignment
