The core of your student work is the support of the real estate team to manage and control indirect real estate investments of Gothaer Asset Management AG You'll start evaluations on the investments in the portfolio as well as special topics and prepare your results in presentations You’ll start market analyses on the megatrends in the real estate market (including digitalization, ESG, New Work) In addition, you support the real estate team in monitoring and further developing ESG requirements within real estate investment (GRESB, CREEM, building certifications, SFDR) You will see the further development of our data management and portfolio analysis Within your activity, you exchange with internal and external stakeholders of the real estate team to perform your tasks

You draw your attention through open and target-group-oriented communication as well as a sovereign and self-confident appearance You have fun working with other people and networking with different stakeholders In addition, you are strong in analysis and have an affinity to numbers You like to work on your own initiative and are highly motivated to support the real estate team in the long term Ideally, you are currently enrolled in a study of economics or a comparable degree course You bring good knowledge in the MS Office tools (in Excel). Perhaps even first knowledge of how to use databases
