Administrative specialist (m/f/d) Nature conservation law

You grant intervention permits, refusals and disposals; the exemptions or arrangements for the protection of the species, the authorisations of the landscape, the authorisations of forest law and the authorisations provided for in § 30 BNatSchG. You independently advise and develop expert opinions on spatial planning and planning methods for construction planning, other landscape-relevant planning, internal and external planning, and construction permit procedures. You develop opinions on the Nature Conservation Advisory Board. You work in the Working Group “Illegal Buildings”. You design and supervise specific nature conservation projects, including with regard to the Hessian Biodiversity Strategy. You conduct procedures for the identification of protected landscape components and small nature reserves (< 5 ha) and organise care and entertainment. You shall implement provisions relating to the protection of the species and monitor appropriate measures. You shall establish compensation measures (compensation and replacement measures, eco-account measures) in the context of intervention, permit and approval procedures and control their implementation.

You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Diploma) of the disciplines Biology, Landscape Ecology, Nature Conservation, Country Care, Agricultural/Forst Sciences or in a comparable course of study with a focus on one of the above-mentioned subjects. You possess good knowledge of species. You have expertise in these areas of responsibility (nature protection, landscape care, environmental assessments, nature conservation-oriented planning, faunistic/floristic outdoor work – covered by internships or project support). You have knowledge of nature conservation law. You always work structured and responsible. You have a safe appearance, persuasiveness and good oral and written expression. You show a high degree of initiative and are happy to work in the team. You control MS Office applications Word and Excel as well as Outlook. You have a class B licence.

Advantage: You have professional or internship experience in public administration (nature protection authorities) or in specialist/planning offices. You have knowledge of administrative law/completion. You are ready to use your private car for service purposes.
