for individual education

Start date: at the next time Determination: up to 31.08.2027 Working time: 25 hours/week **P-5.2 (by house rate)

Your new job:

• Pedagogical individual care: You support a client's individual educational support and support individual skills and needs.
• Current guidance and support: You accompany our team in daily work and take on the technical responsibility for the care and promotion of our clients.
• Responsibility in shiftwork: You work in shiftwork, weekends (spring and late services), and make sure that the everyday life of our clients is structured and varied.
• Coordination and organisation You take responsibility for certain areas and coordinate the nursing and educational support in coordination with other professionals.
• The team’s design: You are actively contributing your ideas to the team’s exchange and supporting the development of concepts and measures.
• Document and administrative tasks: You take relevant documentation and management tasks and ensure a transparent and careful work.

Your profile:

• You have completed *3 years of training as an educator, a cure nursein, nursing (m/w/d)** or have a comparable qualification.
• An appreciative and respectful handling of other people is obvious to you.
• You are open-minded, committed, empathic and like to work in the team.
• Experience in the care of people with disabilities as well as a basic EDV knowledge and a passenger car licence are of advantage.
