Through scalable and flexible architectures as well as business-oriented IT solutions, we enable the HENSOLDT Group's growth goals and provide innovative digital solutions for the product portfolio as well as the processes of HENSOLDT.

In the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM), the team is responsible for the safe and efficient management of identities, accounts and permissions within the HENSOLDT IT landscape.

Overall responsibility for IAM service including operation, development, lifecycle management and strategic roadmap Technical control of the IAM environment and coordination of the internal and external resources involved Conception and introduction of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution to secure privileged access to systems and IT resources Development of IAM concepts and processes for managing user identity, Windows accounts and administrative permissions Planning and control of the service including budget and license planning as well as control of external service providers Advice and coordination with IT security, departments and other stakeholders for the continuous development of IAM and PAM services

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual well-founded experience in identity & access management and in the design and development of IAM solutions Experience in the design or introduction of IAM or Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions as well as a good understanding of privileged access and permission models Experience as a Service Owner with responsibility for the further development of an IT service including budget, license and service provider control as well as ideally experience in the professional management of teams Impressed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent working and a high sense of responsibility Very good German and good English skills
