Tasks:

• You control and monitor the tasks of the nursing process coordinators in the areas of transfer, elevation, reception, medication and risk management
• You are also responsible for the selection of new residents in cooperation with the EL/ PDL
• You delve tasks and responsibilities to downstream employees
• You write schedules and annual holiday plans in consultation with employees
• You take responsibility for care and care processes in cooperation with the PDL
