Organisation of missions Building a central booking process for our technicians & salesmen Booking of flights, toll, hotels & rental cars Arrangements for cleaning, maintenance, inspection & tyre change Regular driver control Apply & Check Visa Control & order confirmations missing scanning of invoices, delivery notes & order confirmations Support of the telephone center visitor management (description of the visitor board, reception, preparation of the visitor rooms) Processing of input and output mail and house distribution Creating PowerPoint Presentations

Very good MS Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English Self-employed & structured work Organizational skills & team skills
