They are responsible for the entire proactive operating daily business of the area. They take over the leadership and development of a powerful team. They are actively planning projects for continuous process improvement, including cross-interface coordination. They are responsible for increasing quality and processing time (including 8D reports). They build processes and continuously optimize them to ensure a timely availability of goods and excellent service. You create analyses, statistics and reports (J-Sox) and control using relevant KPIs. In addition, you contribute to operational excellence, including resource and cost management. You assume specific responsibilities as the Owner Process for Sample Room and Blocking, answer the Stage/Coordination Process Manufacturer Hidde, create forecasts and plan the personnel requirement as well as are the communication interface to external companies for repackage actions.

They have completed training in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification. They bring several years of professional experience in the supply chain and logistics. They possess well-founded project management skills, a high process orientation as well as pronounced analytical skills and system understanding. They have good user knowledge in common warehouse management software and MS Office. Your high commitment, your own initiative, your organizational talent, your solution and customer orientation, as well as your strong communication skills and pleasure in working with interfaces are all the more remarkable. They have experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams. Impressed social competence in team work and very good cross-departmental cooperation capability as well as high communication skills, adaptability and organisational skills are among your strengths. You understand direct interfaces such as transport management and customer service (CS). Your knowledge of German is fluent and your knowledge of English is good.
