They take responsibility for the entire system including all main systems in the F127 program. They are responsible for ensuring the quality, cost and time (QKT) throughout the entire development and production process. You are also responsible for managing the entire project life cycle: initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, control and completion. The management and coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as the management of external partners and suppliers are also part of your tasks. The creation, maintenance and continuous updating of the project documentation is your responsibility. They are responsible for escalation in conflicts within the main system project teams. They conduct negotiations with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders in case of changes and deviations.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed technical study (e.g. mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, electrical engineering) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in the technical project management of complex arms or large projects is desirable. We require a deep understanding of integrated product development, technical product development and system engineering. You already have leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams as well as secure stakeholder management. Embossed problem-solving capability, decision-making strength and negotiation skills complete your profile. Experience in dealing with military procurement programmes and their requirements is desirable. You already have knowledge of relevant project management methods and tools.
