Completion of water laws, in particular: Approval of installations in and against waters In the case of water use in the non-durable and in the formal process, e.g. the promotion of drinking water for public water supply, waste water disposal, waste water disposal (air treatment and small sewage treatment plants), geothermal energy Installation of water structures, e.g. water treatments, production of water Water conservation and transmission of the maintenance burden to waters Legislation, e.g. fixing water protection areas and flood areas Emissions and arrangements relating to water-prone substances Use in acute accidents involving water-prone substances (including outside the usual working hours, weekends and holidays) Alignment of irregularities

Successful (or timely) degree as a Diplom-Administrator (m/w/d) of the General Internal Administration Department or comparable discipline OR a successfully completed training for the management specialist (m/w/d) (specialized examination II) or successfully filed employee training II (formerly AL II) in the internal administration OR a completed study of legal sciences with first or second legal examination or Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws with knowledge in public law, Bachelor in Public Management / Public Administration OR a completed study in the legal, administrative or business knowledge field on at least bachelor's or DQR-6 level with administrative experience in accordance with the third level of qualifications Completion of personal, civil and collective advances (including specific training, runway equality, healthy suitability) In addition, we wish: Interest in environmental law as well as the ability to deepen into other technical laws (nature protection and fisheries law) Self­employed, structured working methods, organizational capacity and loadability Team and communication skills, conflict resolution skills in cooperation
