Head of the front office during the night shift Close cooperation with the Night Manager team to ensure a smooth nightfall Check-ins & Check-outs according to Forbes standard Compilation of the daily completion including Daily Recap & Reports Personal care of late and early guests Processing of complaints, wake orders & special requests Responsibility for emergencies such as fire alarm, technical or safety incidents Care of guest data in OPERA & error-free debitor transfer Use of all relevant systems (OPERA, Royal Service, Book4Time, OpenTable) Coordination with housekeeping, technology, security & concierge Training of trainees and trainees during the night

Unlimited employment contract Monthly over-tariff compensation for the position of the Night Shift Supervisor of 3.185,00€ gross at a full-time position. Partial calculation for parttime employment. night allowances of 50% of the gross hourly wage from the 1st hour of night work between 24.00 and 07.00 A full 13th gross monthly salary as Christmas money from the statutory 1st year of service (entry between 01.01. and 30.06.)
