Create and edit traffic sign plans for construction sites, road locks and redirections. Plans of signs, shut-offs and safe pedestrian and cycling tours. Adapt existing plans to local circumstances and regulatory requirements. Preparing, submitting and processing requests for traffic regulations and extension and amendments. compiling necessary documents, submitting missing information and following the processing stand. Check incoming approvals and forward the documents to the construction and project management. Telephone and written communication with authorities, clients and business partners. General office activities, including e-mail processing, data management, document storage and appointment monitoring. Organisational support of our construction and project management in the daily business.

Experience in creating traffic sign plans, ideally in construction site and traffic safety. Safe handling of suitable planning or CAD software. knowledge of the relevant rules, in particular RSA and StVO. Ideally experience with regulatory applications and approval procedures. A technical or commercial training or comparable practical experience. Safe handling of MS Office and digital office applications. Good knowledge of German in word and writing. A careful, independent operation and the ability to keep an eye on dates and deadlines. Communication strength, reliability and team capability. Experience in handling CorelDRAW, especially when creating and editing traffic sign plans.
