Object technician / in-house technician in facility management (m/f/d)

What the job offers you

Use your chance – new company, new team! Start als Objekttechniker / Haustechniker (w/m/d) bei der ROM Facility Solutions, an innovative company of the Zech Group, which leads Facility Management to the digital age. Your main tasks:

• You take the technical responsibility for the maintenance, inspection and maintenance of building equipment.

• Here you take operating tours, detect malfunctions and perform fault analyses as well as troubleshooting.

• You will document your work results and provide transparent reporting.

• Temporary staff will be available.

To convince us

• Your basis is a technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic (w/m/d), electronic (w/m/d), mechatronic (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification.
• With MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), you'll be sure to document your work.
• You have good German skills (at least B1) and communicate safely with customers / colleagues (w/m/d).
• Class B licence is available.
