Own-sponsored care of a fixed stock of objects including daily visit in Münster Monitoring of order, cleanliness and general object condition Control and documentation of traffic control obligations (e.g. stairwells, outdoor installations, lighting, accessibility) Implementation of small repairs and simple repair work Detection, documentation and notification of defects Coordination and support of craft and service companies Perception and monitoring of appointments with external companies, experts and utilities Support for accidents and emergencies Implementation of housing transfers, accommodation and previews at the end of the lease or new lease Control of flats and preparation for new rentals Contact person for tenants for object-related concerns Close cooperation with the house management and technical object management Takeover of Springer operations for the representation of holidays and illnesses within our inventory and support of colleagues in increased work

Complete craft training or comparable practical work experience Craft skills and technical understanding Self-employed, reliable and structured work Organizational and Responsibility Friendly and service-oriented appearance and good to very good German knowledge Flexibility and willingness to maintain different objects within our stock Class B driving licence
