Laupheim | unlimited | Full time | O_HS_12337 Supporting HSE Manager (m/w/d) Our high-voltage projects from an operational perspective ensure compliance with all safety, health and environmental standards at our construction sites and thus make an important contribution to the safe implementation of the energy transition. Regular visits to construction sites and locations as well as evaluation of working conditions, plant and equipment in the field of use Ensuring compliance with work protection and HSE requirements in ongoing project business Analysis of incidents and accidents in the project context and participation in the derivation of appropriate measures for sustainable risk mitigation Support and advice of managers and project managers in the implementation of risk assessments and safety measures on site Implementation and application of existing requirements of the integrated management system (IMS) in the project Implementation of instruction, training and safety meetings at construction sites Support for internal audits and preparation of external audits at project level Creation of project-specific reports and documentation on HSE-relevant topics Support and submission of subcontractors and suppliers with regard to the applicable HSE requirements Close cooperation with central HSE/SIFA functions and the dissemination of findings from the project business

You have a completed technical study or a comparable qualification, for example as a master:in or technician:in. Ideally, you have a qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) and additionally bring a SiGeKo qualification or are willing to acquire it. You have already had first experience in the construction site environment, in the assembly or in the area of occupational safety or Collect HSE, at best in energy infrastructure projects. In addition, you will bring a good understanding of operational processes at construction sites and know how safety measures are implemented in practice and effectively. You are happy to develop and share your knowledge in the course of training and security training.
