Construction management & implementation: You are responsible for the time and quality implementation of the assembly work in the field of ventilation technology on a demanding large-scale construction site in the high-tech environment. Guided tour & application planning: You conduct the construction site team on your own and coordinate the use of our staff as well as subcontractors. Construction monitoring: You monitor the design according to technical specifications, execution plans and standards. These include quality controls, performance controls and ensuring a smooth running throughout the entire construction phase. Coordination & Communication: You act as a central interface between project management, customers and entrepreneurs and ensure transparent and solution-oriented communication - also in the international project environment. Material management: You are responsible for the material requirement planning and disposition to ensure an efficient construction process. Deficiencies management: You work out identified deficiencies in a structured and sustainable way. Documentation: You run a building journal and document construction progress, personnel and material use as well as special events without any gap. Subsequent Management: You support the evaluation, creation and pursuit of supplements and the economic management of the project.

Educational background: A completed training as a plant mechanic SHK ideally complemented by a further training as a master, technician or a comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual experience in the construction management of HLSK structures, preferably in the context of large projects. Technical know-how: Funded knowledge in the field of ventilation technology as well as in adjacent structures, ideally complemented by first professional experience in planning or project management. You are also familiar with relevant standards and standards (including DIN, VOB, VDI, EnEV, GEG). Software & Standards: Secure handling of MS Office, design-specific software as well as knowledge in VOB and relevant technical standards. Operation: organisational skills, prioritization ability and a structured, independent way of working. Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German as well as ideal knowledge of English for communication in the international project environment.
