Self-alignment of the smooth operating system operation (conveying technology/high-bay warehouse) and the shuttle operation for all storage areas Responsibility, control and monitoring of day-to-day operations Monitoring of ensuring compliance with commissioning and delivery quality, safety regulations, work and process instructions, and work and environmental guidelines Discipline personnel management, including personnel deployment planning (such as security instructions, shift planning, etc.) and personnel development (leaders, instructors and schools of employees) Organisation and coordination of cross-deposit and cross-departmental actions that affect their own competence Responsibility, development and implementation of the strategy for material flow control/distribution structure of finished goods across all storage locations Monitoring of the storage level and temperature control in the area of high-bay storage of dangerous substances, including articles with certain H rates, as well as other specific articles (containers) which must be relocated to other stores as required Planning, coordination and control of special tasks and project work

Completed training in the commercial sector or in the technical field Complete training as a master of warehouse logistics desirable Multiannual professional experience (at least 2 years of professional experience in the logistics sector or in the field of leadership/material flow disposition) Experience in personnel management and deployment planning Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Very good knowledge of electronic warehouse management systems / SAP Basic training ADR Very good communication behaviour in German (word and writing) No fear of height Ready for 3-shift work in alternating layer and for Saturday work
