As Field Technical Service, you are responsible for maintenance, repairs and installations of high-tech medical devices in the field of cardiology You carry out independent safety-technical and measurement-technical checks (STK/MTK) and repairs to medical devices of cardiology in the defined area with the customer. The corresponding dates are planned and organized by you. You work closely with the sales team and support the regional leaders in the implementation of sales projects Structure, support & application support for systems from cardiology (e.g. electrophysiological systems, mobile X-ray protection) You are an interface to sales and provide technical and IT-side support for new installations Timely execution of all administrative tasks such as service reports or maintenance logs You support the team at trade fairs and congresses

Completed technical training, e.g. as an electronic technician for information and system technology, IT system electronics, electronics for devices and systems, medical technicians, technical assistant for medical device technology or comparable (m/w/d) Experience in the technical service in medical technology or Pharmaceuticals associated with IT affinity are desirable You have good analytical and problem solving skills Structured and independent mode of operation combined with pronounced time management Impressed communication skills and team work You bring a high degree of flexibility and willingness to rice You have very good German and good English skills Valid driving licence class B
