As a HR Service Partner, you are part of our HR Service Center and ensure the professional, service-oriented execution of operational personnel processes. You process complex HR cases, answer the quality of the personal data and support the continuous development of our HR systems and processes. You work closely with employees, executives, HR Business partners, HR Legal and international interfaces. Administrative processing of personal-relevant measures along the entire employee life cycle Processing of complex HR processes and demanding individual cases Administrative processing and supervision of external employees including contract and data management, time-limit monitoring and support of takeover processes Consulting and coordination with executives, HR Business partners and relevant stakeholders Figure of structural, roll and assignment changes in the HR systems Support for standardized HR-year processes through data collection, documentation and system maintenance as well as implementation of HR evaluations and series processes Preparation of works council hearings and documentation and archiving according to HR standards Advising national and international stakeholders on HR processes and their mapping in HR systems. Administration of additional services, such as job ticket or service bike programs

Successfully completed commercial or comparable vocational training, ideally with a focus on staff desirable professional experience in human resources, in particular in the operational HR service or HR Shared Service environment Funded knowledge in HR processes and the processing of complex personnel topics good user knowledge of SAP EC/SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office Excellent service and solution orientation as well as high quality and process affinity Structured, independent and careful operation Communication strength and sovereign appearance to different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
