Advising departments You support the specialist departments in the analysis of existing FI processes and develop innovative concepts for optimizing and digitizing these processes. Customizing and System Adaptation: You configure the SAP system with a focus on FI. This includes the establishment and adaptation of the processes for checking and booking input invoices. Development of solutions for the logistic audit: You support the automation of auditing processes, the processing of credits, the coordination of goods inputs with invoices, and the recognition and treatment of price and quantity deviations. Interface management: You contribute to a smooth data transmission between the FI, SD, MM modules and ensure a consistent process chain from ordering to receipt of goods to invoice control. Project work: Working in cross-departmental projects, from requirement analysis to implementation. Support and operation: You will see how to analyze and resolve problems and to carry out regular system checks. Documentation and training: Creation and maintenance of documentation and implementation of user training.
