Responsibility for mechanical and electrical structures of technical building equipment (KG 400) in our HGÜ converter and reactive power compensation projects (heating, ventilation, sanitation, refrigeration and air conditioning, low voltage, building automation, alarm systems, PV systems and lighting). Acceptance of responsibility for the technical building equipment in the construction of high-voltage switchgear and participation in the overall project execution Creation of planning and project planning documents as well as performance directories and cost calculations Technical examination of the project documents of contractors Acquisition of quality assurance and implementation of (partial) collection of completed plants

IHR PROFIL: completed studies of technical building equipment (TGA) or in the fields of mechanical engineering, (economic) engineering or utility/house technology or comparable qualification multiannual professional experience and basic knowledge in building technology (required) as well as initial experience in project management Knowledge of common technical regulations good English skills in word and writing safe occurrence and good oral and written expressiveness Teamability and an independent, targeted way of working Car driver's license and readiness to travel also on occasional (multi-day) journeys
