Caretaker in youth welfare on a mini-job basis (m/f/d)

In our intensive-living group in Bad Berleburg, up to 6 male adolescents aged 12-18 live in a former farm. Due to the quiet, rural location, we also house rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, pigs and cats involved in the work. As a janitor at the opening of youth aid, you are the maker in the background – you make sure that our institution runs round. Whether building furniture, doing repairs on our farm or simply packing where it is needed: Your work creates a good environment for our team and especially for the young people we accompany.

You take repairs and maintenance work in our facility as well as on the outskirts of our farm. You carry out regular inspections of the overall state of the building, the facilities and stables to detect and report defects at an early stage. You help with the dismantling and dismantling of furniture and take care of it in the draws and draws. You're making order in the building and on the exterior. You take care of renovations, such as strikes or repairs.

You'll preferably bring a training in the craftsmanship. You have craftsmanship and technical understanding. You are physically fit– lifting, carrying and dragging are not a problem for you.
