Senior Transformation Project Lead at Frankfurt Airport (m/f/d)

You guide the implementation of our transformation plans in the region and make sure that all initiatives fit perfectly with our strategic vision. You are responsible for the entire project portfolio, defining milestones and KPIs and proactively taxing project risks from the first idea to the final implementation. You accompany the introduction of new projects directly in practice and work closely with our operating units on site. You plan and monitor the project budgets and make sure that the desired financial savings and ROI objectives are achieved reliably. You conduct and motivate cross-functional project teams, control communication with important internal stakeholders and share best practices across all areas.

You have already worked in a management consultancy or in a company that was undergoing change, bringing together demonstrable experience in the management of transformation, turnaround or transnational projects. You master common project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana) as well as the MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) absolutely safe. You are absolutely paying and use business cases, forecasts and financial key figures as a strategic tool to safely manage projects. You are confident, convincing and on the point – even before the top management. You communicate absolutely fluent in German and English (in word and writing). French knowledge is advantageous. You are characterized by analytical thinking, solution orientation and a high credibility, with which you inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
