As a “(Junior) Customer Success Manager” (m/w/d) you are looking for maximum customer satisfaction through excellent customer support during and after our travels. You are in exchange with our customers, but also with our service providers such as Country Managers:inside, hotels and tour guides:in order to find the best solutions in dialogue. You want to work with a motivated and super nice team? Do you want to continuously develop and grow together with us? Kund:internal communication during the journey: In case of emerging questions or problems during the journey, you are for the customers:the contact persons:in and are in close contact with them. You solve problems directly with the guests and our tour guide on site and thus ensure a super customer experience Kund:internal communication after the journey: After the trip you get proactive feedback, are for the customers:in case of questions about the job and process complaints Communication with our services: You are a contact person:in for our country management, hotels and tour guides:inside and find good solutions in dialogue with challenges in travel processing Crisis Management: Not only do you manage unforeseen situations, but you’re the first point of contact for our guides: in the world Quality Assurance: You process and analyze feedback and identify measures together with other departments to maximise the customer's satisfaction and increase our regular customers:internal quota Process optimization: In the team you develop our processes and introduce your ideas for more effective ways of working
