As a construction manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the smooth implementation of our turnkey and energy-efficient construction projects in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (e.g. in Greifswald, Neubrandenburg, Rostock, Schwerin). You are the central contact person for all trades and ensure that everything is perfectly interlocked in the end. Monitoring the construction design: You coordinate, guide and monitor the entire construction design from technical and economic points of view. You continuously optimize processes and processes to achieve the best possible efficiency. Ensuring the quality of the building: You ensure compliance with the recognised rules of technology as well as the GOLDBECK products, systems and processes, thus ensuring a high quality construction. Responsible building management: You take over the function of the responsible construction manager to LBO and bear the overall responsibility for the construction project. Subcontractors: You issue post-contractors, assign them to qualified partners and monitor their implementation.
