Responsibility for the vision, strategy and further development of the claimscenter Care and Priority of Product Backlogs by Business Value and Customer Needs Translation of professional requirements in User Stories and clear acceptance criteria Control and close cooperation with the agile development team (Scrum/Kanban) Interface between departments (e.g. damage) and the development team Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR) Analysis of KPIs and derivation of continuous product optimization measures Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders Implementation of workshops and presentation of results and progress Continuous Improvement of Processes and Digital Customer Journeys

Completed training Kaufmann/-frau for insurance and finances or studies in the field of economics, business information technology At least 3 years of professional experience in insurance are a plus IT affinity and understanding of processes Saddle festival in agile methods Strong conceptual and analytical skills and Enforcement Quick conception and structured work Passion for work and success in the team High service orientation and hand-on mentality
