Active support and preparation of the initial productions and test mixtures Management and control of a team of about 20 professional employees Implementation of training and instruction Data management Organization and optimization of operations Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines and quality requirements Coordination and implementation of production-related projects

Completed master training or completed training with several years of professional experience in the food sector First leadership experience desirable Comprehensive computer knowledge ready for shift work, 3-layered use High technical understanding Forklift Communication strength, team capacity, value-adding handling with others and responsible action
