Team Leader Marketing Publishing for Specialist Publishers (m/f/d)

You run, tax and develop the marketing teams at our locations in Munich and Stuttgart You are responsible for the implementation and further development of marketing strategy You control relevant marketing channels and measures, both on- and offline, to optimally address our target groups You build our direct marketing activities You opt for marketing processes, tax external service providers:inside and agencies To strengthen the radiance of our publishing brands, you develop our brand management, brand communication and marketing concepts Within Publishing and the Haufe Group, you actively work with other departments and executives You are responsible for budget planning and controlling and report directly to the management

You have multi-year relevant marketing experience at conceptual and operational level in a (specialist) publishing company You have expertise in strategic marketing mix and ideally first leadership experience You have a strong market and customer orientation, are confident in dealing with demanding content and successful author:inside You are practiced in dealing with SEA, SEO, content marketing and has very good knowledge in social media marketing You think across-the-range, conceptual and entrepreneurial You have strong communicative skills, enforcement, resilience, team spirit and self-initiative You have experience in controlling external service providers:inside and agencies Very good German skills complete your profile (at least C1)
