In our Mediterranean inclusive café SALAMANCA in Cölbe we offer a training place in parttime as Koch*Köchin (d/m/w) from 01.08.2026.

This is a training with reduced daily and/or Weekly hours and corresponding extension of the duration of training if necessary. The number of hours per week can be adjusted individually, but the reduction may be at most 50% of a full-time training. This part-time training is supported by means of the training and qualification budget (AQB) of the Land of Hesse.

In our café SALAMANCA, people work together with different help needs. With a delicious, multifaceted, colourful offer that celebrates nature and community, we build bridges to our guests, within the team and into the social space.

We offer a rich breakfast, a weekly changing weekly menu with selected meals for lunch, freshly baked cakes and cakes, snacks all day, good coffee specialities, fine teas, soft drinks from small suppliers and much more. There are also events and events.

♪ These are your training content as traineesr Koch\Köchin (d/m/w) in parttime:

• You plan and cook professional dishes from different kitchen directions.
• You have knowledge of food, its quality, storage and proper handling.
• You put menus together, calculate costs and pay attention to the right portioning.
• You maintain hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP) and work safely and environmentally consciously.
• You present food appealing, master service bases and professionally treat guests.
• You work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient processes and good time management

• A varied and practical training with varied tasks
• An attractive remuneration according to the employment contract guidelines Kurhessen-Waldeck (AVR.KW) for the area of the Diaconical Work, which in full time (39 hours) corresponds to a remuneration of €1,145 gross in the first year of training, €1,209 gross in the second year of training and €1,267 gross in the third year of training.
• Annual special payment and additional allowances according to the employment contract guidelines AVR.KW

• You have a good primary school degree or a real school degree
• You have first experiences in gastronomy or hotel industry and great pleasure in a new challenge in an inclusive café
• You have a trained look for quality, cleanliness and hygiene
• You place value on a well-kept exterior and have a service-oriented personality
• You can also stay in stressful situations and keep a cool head
• You have good German skills and optional English skills
• You are reliable, motivated and interested in a structured way
• You show engagement and bring a quick understanding
• You like to work in the team, you are communicative and you enjoy dealing with people
• You draw a high degree of self-initiative and a positive attitude
