In your new job, you represent the building interests of InfraGO AG in NRW-wide construction projects in the field of passenger railway stations You are responsible for the quality, budget and timely implementation and monitoring of construction measures You monitor the performance of internal and external service providers:inside, take over the management of the exporting companies and works taking into account the legal, regulatory and intra-group guidelines / specifications At the end of the project, you take the services provided and transfer them to the department of the passenger train stations which takes care of the operation of the stations The team will support you both in the process of incorporation and also actively in all the challenges that the building brings with it

Your profile:

You bring a successfully completed technical/university study as a civil engineer:in, architect:in, economic engineer:in with the focus of construction or a comparable qualification with First professional experience in project management of the planning and implementation phases of construction projects, preferably infrastructure projects Knowledge in the fields of VOB, VOL, HOAI and in the applicable legal regulations You have flexibility and resilience, will certainly be able to handle all project participants (Eisenbahnbundesamt, Kommunen, etc.) and have a strong quality, cost and time consciousness Strategic and customer-oriented action as well as predictive thinking and the willingness to make decisions are part of your work
