Head of Service Business Building Automation (m/f/d)

Your tasks: You lead and develop your regional service team consisting of project management service technology and sales and ensure the complete and quality-proof processing of all fault and maintenance orders Take responsibility for efficient deployment planning and resource management across all service and project teams Continue to control the acquisition, supply creation and project management of service orders in building automation You coordinate the transfer of all new construction projects to service operations and ensure smooth operations between SAUTER Systems (new construction) and service You take over the economic control of the service area including utilisation, budget, forecast and KPIs – closely coordinated with the branch management

Completed studies or technician/master qualification in building automation, MSR‐, electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in the service, project management or operation of building facilities leadership experience in the technical environment, ideally desirable with teams from service technology, project management or sales Knowledge of HLK, MSR and building automation systems Strong customer orientation, communication strength and team capability Decision strength, hands-on mentality and the ability to coordinate different areas
