The training takes a total of two one-half to three years and takes place at our logistics site in Werl. After successful completion of these three years, you will have a wide range of expertise and a recognised IHK degree in your pocket. Our goal is to prepare you optimally for your future job during your training and take you to a permanent job after successful completion.

A focus of your training is in the staff area: Here you will learn how to handle personal-relevant documents and information, how to create work contracts and certificates and you will be involved in the personnel selection and many other HR topics You will get to know all commercial tasks and processes, such as picking up offers, answering customer requests or performing orders and much more You will get an insight into our financial department and learn all important tasks about accounting You support the processing of various concerns of our customers and employees By using one of our numerous locations in Germany, you can find out how the commercial processes are handled on site

Ideally, a (special) university maturity, at least one middle school degree Quick conception and self-employment – so that you can take responsibility soon High level of reliability and discretion Good communication skills Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge driving licence class B Kindness and strong team skills
