You bring at least three years of professional experience in personnel development and enjoy working You have a degree in human resources, psychology, economics or social sciences or a comparable qualification You do not only design measures, but actively implement them and also carry out workshops, trainings and formats yourself You work pragmatically and solution-oriented You bring very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
