We are looking for a visionary and shaping Head of Benefits for our international team in Germany. They are responsible for the development and implementation of ContiTech's global Benefit strategy, bringing in innovative ideas and best practices and helping to continuously align the vision with our business goals. The position can be occupied at the Hanover or Frankfurt Main site. Tasks and responsibilities: Global Benefits Governance Leadership of a Worldwide Benefit Team Design, implementation and communication of the global Benefit strategy and related processes Policy competence for Benefits incl. Pensions worldwide Support for pension reporting under the Annual Report Support of M&A projects Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines Global control of all activities on pension and pension models with focus on Germany and USA Analysis and optimization of existing pension programs Identification and assessment of risks related to pensions and development of risk mitigation measures Control of pension and pension models (including long-term accounts) with the design and interpretation of operating arrangements, guidelines, division regulations etc. Responsibility for the internal administration of BAV and long-term accounts in Germany Accompanying audits & external audits Control and cooperation with external administration and accounting service providers Training and information events for employees and HR

Complete studies in the field of financial mathematics, business management, personnel management, law or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in occupational pensions/pensions Knowledge of the relevant statutory provisions, in particular in German tax and social security law Leadership experience and strong communication skills Experience in the management of international and cross-thematic teams Analytical thinking and problem solving skills High self-initiative and sense of responsibility The applications of disabled people are welcome.
