Active distribution of products from manufacturers VMware by Broadcom, Nutanix and Omnissa, as well as associated ecosystem partners Analyze the customers with regard to cross- and upselling potential Identify Service Opportunities and Transfer to Services Presales Customer advice and presentations on products, licensing and contract law Work in a dedicated sales segment Price research in the given price sources taking into account given contracts SLA and response times Processing of leads Processing of alerts Construction and maintenance of relationships with customers, manufacturers and distribution Proactive creation of Renewal offers Interface to other business departments Continuous training and removal of manufacturers certifications Close cooperation with the account team Customer support in escalation

You have a completed professional training or study In the sales service or in process management, you have already gained (multiannual) professional experience You live the word ''Teamplayer'' Flowing German and English skills are not a topic for you You have a sense of customer needs and convince by your sympathetic way Knowledge of software and licensing topics are not a must-have, but would be a big plus point You have good Excel shots, already experience with Navision or Dynamics365?
