In our 31-member team for mandatory capital measures, everything is about the professional handling of complex events in the life cycle of a securities. We serve a wide range of mandatory exchanges and name disclosures, including splits, reverse splits, unbundling, mergers, rectifications, mergers, mergers, liquidations, and publications in the fund sector.
