You are responsible for legal advice in the fields of logistics, supply chain, transport and customs law at the Legal & Compliance Team You accompany national and international projects as well as corporate transactions focusing on supply chains, distribution, transport contracts and foreign trade The design, testing and negotiation of contracts (e.g. transport, logistics, warehouse, purchasing and distribution contracts) is your responsibility You control and develop processes in the context of logistical and supply-chain related topics Your tasks include identifying, evaluating and managing legal risks along the supply chain (e.g. customs, export control, sanctions and compliance risks). You develop and implement policies, trainings and processes, in particular in the fields of customs, external economic law, supply chain procurement and transport law In an international environment, you actively contribute your expertise and support management in implementing regulatory requirements (e.g. supply chain laws, ESG regulations, trade regulations)

You are a full lawyer:with two completed state exams and have at least three years of professional experience, ideally in the international corporate or firm environment with a focus on logistics, transport or foreign trade You have profound knowledge of transport law (e.g. HGB, CMR), customs and external economic law as well as a good understanding of supply chain processes Your knowledge as a legal all-rounder:in particular, it is pronounced in contract design and negotiation; you will find pragmatic and business-oriented solutions You act as a savings partner:in specialist areas such as logistics, purchasing and supply chain and with practical advice You convince with very good English skills in international exchange - more languages are a plus
