You have been able to earn a completed master exam in eye optics and retail experience for at least 6 years You bring leadership experience and have a motivating, entrepreneurial way of thinking You are strong in communication and have a secure sense of customer needs You're sure to go with business performance indicators and control instruments You have organisational skills, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for team leadership
