Your tasks: holistic, proactive consulting of our customers in IT transformation projects in the areas CRM, Customer Data Management and Consent Management Analysis of new system requirements and structured technical and technical evaluation of complex business processes and IT system landscapes (architecture) in the context of customer data and consulting management deriving technical and technical requirements and their translation into clear, implementable specifications as a bridge between specialist areas and IT Developing sustainable concepts, creating user stories and ensuring consistent implementation Moderation and implementation of professional and technical workshops and active stakeholder management (partial) project management and independent control of interdisciplinary requirements in national and international projects, preferably in agile setups

Your profile: Complete study of economic informatics, economics, business management or in an adjacent area Insufficient experience in consulting, with an OEM or technology provider Practical experience in data-driven products, customer data systems (e.g. Salesforce), database solutions or data protection Experiences in project and process management, ideally with appropriate certification Knowledge about sales structures in the automotive environment Very good communication, and presentation skills Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams etc desirable Security in the use of AI applications e.g. MS Co-Pilot readiness for regular presence on site Very good German and English skills (Business English) in word and writing, as well as further language skills of advantage We also look forward to providing the following technological additional competencies: Experience in data integration, especially in the handling of APIs and event streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka) First experience in Data Science and Workflow Design/Automatization First practical experience with SQL, Python or APEX More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen site at the next possible time and is indefinite.
